Ethan Beck Homes
We stepped away from tradition and invited our client’s audience to imagine the possibilities of their future homes through our “LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH… Build for it” campaign. We put food on tables, faces in homes, and highlighted trusted subcontractors who would be interacting heavily with the audience. We showed that buying a home extended far beyond four walls and a roof.

Demographic
Meet Sarah & Ryan: 38, and 35 with a polite but rambunctious 3 year old boy, they’ve already started working on #2, and he/she will be due in 4 months, and she’ll be delivering in a midwifery center nearby. They need more space, which means better–not just bigger–design. Together they make over $100,000/yr , and this will not be their first house purchased, but likely the first they’ve constructed. They’ve moved up from the Bay Area, and quickly gathered a community in Portland, as mom does her morning yoga class, and dad enjoys his microbrew set-up in the basement with friends. They have at least 3 bikes in the garage (road bike and 2 mountain bikes). They have a bob stroller, iphones, and shop at New Seasons.
